However, please note:
For safety and delivery coordination, your name and contact number may be shared with our delivery partners, but this information is not shared with the recipient unless required for successful delivery.

  • If unreachable, we may leave the gift with a neighbor, security guard, or receptionist (only with prior consent)
  • In certain cases, we may reschedule delivery, although this is subject to the delivery area and the nature of the gift
