- Cancellation Before Shipping:
- You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team immediately via email or phone number.
- Once the cancellation request is processed, you will receive a full refund for the order amount, including any shipping charges, if applicable.
- Cancellation After Shipping:
- Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to process cancellations. However, you can’t request a return as per our refund and return policy once the product is delivered to you.

- Refunds are eligible only if the product received is damaged, defective, or not as described on the website.
- To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Return Process:
- If your order qualifies for a refund, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. You will need to provide the order number and details of the issue.
- Once the return request is approved, you will be given instructions on how to return the item to us. The return shipping cost may be borne by the customer, depending on the circumstances.
- After receiving the returned item, we will process the refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Non-Refundable Items:
- Some products are non-returnable or non-refundable due to hygiene reasons, such as personalized items, flowers, Cake or perishable goods. This will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.

- Once we receive your returned product and verify its condition, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Partial Refunds:

Exceptions and Special Circumstances
- If the product was damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will process a refund or replacement for such cases as per your preference.
